I’m excited because I found a new use for my remaining purple bean blossoms! They really make these blackberry sage lemonades pop! Of course it makes sense that bean blossoms are edible, but I never really thought about using them as a garnish until today. They are light and crisp with a slight bean flavor, so delicious. I will try them in a salad next.
