These beans will have to be eaten within a week since they lose their color if they are heated in any way and therefore cannot be processed.
However, I think the overall presentation is stunning and I’m sure I can find volunteers to help me finish them in time! These would make a great gift, just make sure the recipient knows they have a short shelf life. I only made a tiny batch, one quart and one pint, since this is my first time trying to make them. I will post a recipe on my website if they are as tasty as I hope they will be. ?
