The last of my pickles are made and ready to be put away. The dill floating in the pickle brine reminded me of seaweed (appetizing, I know… ?) then I started thinking about the song from Disney’s Bedknobs and Broomsticks movie:

“Bobbing along, singing a song
On the bottom of the beautiful briny sea.”

I think that’s an appropriate end to my pickling season. ?
