Picked a lot of banana and jalapeño peppers from my garden tonight. I decided to try making jalapeño poppers for the first time and I was very happy with the result. Not sure why I haven’t made them before, they’re simple and tasty. I’ll be making some more very soon since I have a bunch more peppers that will be ready to harvest next week.
