Another of my favorite pepper plants is the fish pepper. This pepper is a culinary hot pepper rather than an ornamental variety, even though it is a very showy plant. I taste tested the jigsaw and fish peppers last night. The jigsaw pepper is screaming hot and the fish pepper is definitely hot, Scoville scale puts it between 5,000-30,000, so it’s in the lower mid range.
