I pulled out my pizzelle griddle to make cookies and while I was working my four year old girl twin asked me if I was making pancakes. When I said no, she told me I need to make pancakes. ? (She kept coming back for ‘samples’ so I have a feeling the next time I make pancakes she will tell me I need to make pizzelles.)
I added some cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to the standard recipe to bring out some “Christmas” spice flavor. I will probably always make them this way now, they are SO good!
