Heart-shaped rolls with butter and garlic salt. ❤️

I shaped them the day before and tucked them away in the fridge until I needed to bake them for dinner the next day.

You can use any roll recipe you like, I used my pizza dough recipe to make these, which includes basil, oregano, and garlic salt.

First divide the dough into 2oz pieces, give or take.

Roll each piece into a short log and then make a cut in the middle, leaving the end intact.

Open it up and roll it a couple times to make a long rope.

Curl the ends in to the middle to make a heart shape and pinch the bottom (?) to make a point.

You can store them overnight in the fridge or let rest 20-30min then bake. If stored in the fridge bring them back to room temp for 90min until they puff up a little before baking. Brush with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt after baking if you wish.
