My first try at s’mores cookies was okay, I would like to see them be a little bit thicker, but the taste was what I was hoping for. I have some ideas on changes to make when I make more. I also froze a couple before baking and stashed them away, I will see how well those bake later.
These were made by wrapping chocolate chip cookie dough around a half piece of regular sized marshmallow. Graham cracker pieces and more chocolate chips were added on top. A sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs finishes them off when they come out of the oven. 😋
