Turkey pot pie with puff pastry top
I used the left over turkey from our turkey dinner last week to made some pot pie filling and pressure canned four quarts. We taste tested it today and it was delicious!
Potato, carrot, celery, onion, shredded turkey, peas, sliced mushrooms, poultry seasoning, thyme. Thickened with a roux, salt and pepper to taste.
