I harvested the last of the tomatoes so I could put in a fall garden. I chopped up a variety of them that were already ripe; San marzano, bumble bee, sunset bumble bee, and black cherry tomatoes. I added two diced jalapeños, some basil, a splash of balsamic vinegar and some sugar to make a zesty tomato salad. 😋
